Grief & Loss Therapy

Loss comes in many forms. Sometimes we lose a loved one, sometimes we lose a pet or an opportunity or experience. However, the pain is generally equal. Loss can feel a lot like a trauma to the heart. With several methods of treatment at our disposal we will find what works best for you to help ease the pain and get you settled into your new normal.

Trauma Treatment

Do you continually struggle with disturbing thoughts and memories which affect the quality of your life and relationships? Are you overwhelmed, uncertain, and disconnected from others? Are you are struggling with emotional pain, past hurts, depression, anxiety, grief, or trauma symptoms?

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a fast, effective approach to obtain relief and heal from trauma. EMDR will treat disturbing memories, feelings, emotions, panic, and anxiety more effectively than traditional talk therapy. EMDR is an integrative psychotherapy approach that has been extensively researched and proven effective for the treatment of trauma. The World Health Organization has named the EMDR treatment as the leading treatment of trauma and has helped over two million people of all ages relieve psychological distress.

Anxiety & Depression

These are the invisible illnesses that effect so many around the world.
